So recently (past week?) I’ve been noticing that whenever I search something on google and I click on any of the search results, I get redirected to mavoo.netbefore being sent to the right website. So, let’s say I google “wikipedia” and click on the first search result (wikipedia.org), I should be sent to wikipedia.org immediately, but for some reason first I’m sent to mavoo.net and then sent to wikipedia.org.
I ran avast! and it didn’t find anything. I tried a full scan, then a cleanup, and also boot-time scan, and all of those came out good.
I was googling the problem and it seems to be an adware. However, since Avast! isn’t finding anything I’m not sure what to do.
Which browser does this appear in ? Could you test all browsers and let me know
