maybe purchased wrong product... any possibility of fixing it?

I just bought 50 licenses of Pro for our site, including three years.

Seems that I did the wrong thing, because while I certainly could go around and install that on each of the machines, it would be a lot better if I could use the adnm console that I downloaded and demoed some time back.

I haven’t yet installed any of the licenses that I bought… seems like what I really need is the network client, and the associated license file for that.

Any way I can change product? If there’s a fee, it is not a problem…but running around and installing Pro on all these machines, or even trying to use Microsoft’s ugly updater, is really a horrid thought.

Email sales@avast.com. They should be able to straighten it out for ya.

You purchased the right product; avast! Pro and avast! NetClient are basically the same (at least regarding the purchased product) - and ADNM itself is free.
