MBAM and Avast detected

Trojan dropper, I noticed a Java popup at the bottom of my screen just before this, I closed it out and continued browsing, when Avast says “threat detected” trojan horse blocked. I closed browser and ran mbam and it found trojan/hiloti. Avast also put three temp files in the chest. Avast boot scan now finds nothing, hitman pro finds nothing, and SAS quick scan was clean…I’m just paranoid and want to be sure! What do ya think?
