[mbam.exe] Memory block reported as threat Win32:jifas-ED [trj]

Hi, this is my first post and I have little experience with Avast, after doing a custom scan last night and selecting memory, Avast found five infections:

Process 1788 [teatimer.exe], memory block High Threat: JS:ScriptSH-inf [Trj]
Process 2848 [mbam.exe], memory block High Threat: MSIL:Crypt-N [Drp]
Process 2848 [mbam.exe], memory block High Threat: Win32:Jifas-ED [Trj]
Process 2848 [mbam.exe], memory block High Threat: Win32:Jifas-DA [Trj]
Process 2848 [mbam.exe], memory block High Threat: Win32:VB-MIT [Drp]

This happened after I noticed that Malwarebytes Anti-Malware was still open, after closing it and re-scanning I just got the first one for the teatimer.exe etc. I tried it with SUPERAntiSpyware opened and got five more reported infections similar to the above:

Process 3820 [superantispyware], m High Threat: Win32:Small-BWI [Trj] etc.

I ran the same scan today with Malwarebytes open again and it only picked up the teatimer threat, is this just Avast reporting false positives and why didn’t it pick up the same infections after re-scanning today, I’m a little worried, thanks for any help or advice.

Not infections, but Malwarebytes signatures loaded in memory

This happend bc you selected “scan memory”

I recomend using the default scan quick/full with default settings

Teatimeer is from SpyBot S&D, this program is not up to todays malware and you do not need it when you have MBAM and SAS

Thanks for the help and advice, thought it was normal but very happy to have it confirmed, thanks again ;D.
