Hi, is it ok to run all functions in Avast and also real time protection in MBAM at the same time ???
Absolutely!
Enjoy.
Yes Yes…doing it for a long time! You will sleep well at night! ;D
I’ve been doing that for over a year…no problem
i turn the Avast File System Shield off and won’t use MBAM Pro. They both slow down my i-7 to much…lmao…i don’t want all reads and writes scanned. Only use the Webfilter and Script filter in Avast Free. i let my Comodo F/W and Defense + do the rest along with KAV Cloud A/V and Norton DNS to help out…
??? ???
You think avast and MBAM slow down a system and use Comodo + avast + KAV ?
I’m thinking the same thing, Tech. :o I think that’s a little bit over-kill, but to each their own. I do like to layer my security systems, but not go overboard.
You work for Avast and got defensive so made it sound as bad as you could…You don’t know what i turned off and kept on in KAV and CIS…
To clarify for you, I do not work for Avast. I am a user of their products just like you.

That was for Tech not you…
Ah…please use the “@” (user) when replying to avoid confusion. But I do agree with him. You may want to clarify what you have for on-demand and resident so he can reply to you.

Can you answer a question about the file system script scanning option here…??
May I ask why you are asking when you already posted in a thread the “technical details” of it here: https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=100718.0?
