Me suscribo pero avast dice que no

Acabo de pagar una suscripción al Premium via Google, y tengo el recibo.

Ahora entro en mi cuenta y el sistema me dice que la mía ha caducado. ES LA SEGUNDA VEZ QUE ME LO HACEN…!

Y AHORA QUÉ….?

Purchasing via Google doesn’t indicate who you actually purchased it from. If this was from a Google search it could be absolutely anyone offering a subscription. They could be selling the same subscription number many times over or expired.

So the company/person/website that you purchased from could have sold an expired subscription. Avast wouldn’t replace the subscription that would be up to the seller.
