MEDIAS~2.EXE asks permission from the firewall...

Hi co-malware fighters,

Just wondering about recent pop ups from my firewall that MEDIAS~2.EXE wants to connect to 239.255.255.250 UDP. They come every few minutes. I look it up and see that this should be Acer UPnP MediaServerService connecting out on UDP 1900. In the Acer program there is a file MediaServerService.exe.
MEDIAS~2.EXE when I see for connections is listening for TCP 54791m on my box.
My question. Is MEDIAS~2 actually MediaServerService, where is it located? Doing a search for MEDIAS~2.EXE does not turn up anything? When I click for application with Comodo Firewall Alert the application comes up as Acer UPnP Media Server Service.exe in C:\PROGRAMS\Acer\Acer Console, and has 428 kB Acer Inc. version 1.2.25.0 But again why the DOS name MEDIAS~2.EXE?
Someone to clear me up on this?

I suppose the file is clean upon VirusTotal.
I don’t have an Acer, so…
