is there any way to see how much memory i have left in my drive everything starting to load slowly ???
Go to “My Computer” and right click on the drive … usually Local Disk(C:) … then click on Properties. A properties window will open and should show a graph of used and free space on that hard drive.

If you’re talking about RAM memory, click CTRL+ALT+DEL and you’ll see the usage of RAM and CPU by the opened process.
There are many progs in the Internet, which shows main system information on desktop or taskbar, like cpu, memory, hard disk usage.
