Ao usar o skype surge a mensagem:
“RAVg64.exe quer usar o skype. Permitir? Não permitir?”
Essa mensagem refere-se ao antivirus? Devo permitir? Ou é algum phishing ou malware?

Skype is asking me if I do allow “RAVg64.exe” to use skype, whenever I iniciate a skype conversation. Is “RAVg64.exe” an Avast file and should I allow? Or is this a malware or not reliable file? I this case, what should I do?

No, it is not a file from avast.
It seems to be (part of) the audio drivers for your system.
If you want to use audio, you should allow it.
