every time i come back to my desk i have to wait till i hit the delete and then more emails come in because thw warning message stops everything dead in its tracks.
i want the virus emails to just be deleted.
how do i prevent the Trojan horse warning message from coming up which stops allinbound flow of email.
By coming back to your desk, presumably ‘office’ you are using the Pro version of avast ?
Then you can pre-set the options upon detecting an infection, sorry I can’t help with that as I use the Home version.
If you are using the Home version then these automated actions aren’t available to you. But you should be able to use Silent mode with General answer No this would send the infected emails to the Chest.
Try the Internet Mail Silent Mode - Internet Mail, Customize button, Advanced tab, Silent Mode, General answer No, see image.
