I want to thank-you for directing me to the CW Shreddar tool
which I did download and that really works great. Is there a website that may have a removal tool for this Messenger Service
that has highjacked my machine. Thanks again for your help on this I do very much appreciate it. :-[

If your talking about the built in windows messaging service.
go to www.grc.com and download “Shoot the Messenger” this will remove it, or disable it.
you can stop the messenger service from running…just go to control panel…admin tools…services and disable the messenger service.
Jam-C, Gibson’s site has a lot of good things on it that I use also…
