Upload to virus total www.virustotal.com and wait for the result,
when you have the result copy the URL in the addressbar and post it here

send file to virus@avast.com in a password protected zip folder, with virus sample in subject and the password mentioned in the email body.

I don’t understand the result what is mean?
i’ve found the forum of bitdefender that the same problem( this file metadll.dll) but the technical support tell him that false positive.

It could be a back-door and dropper, so it actually will forward more malware onto your OS, according to the classification of this generic heuristic find. Avira also reported this a a false positive, Bitdefender analyzed it,
you could upload it to WepaWet to see how they interprete it.
I would install it only if the avast folks affirmed the FP. Then wait for an update of the av program that no longer flags it,
