Microgfx program blocked since 2 days ago?

Hi, i have been using this trusted program for many years. Just recently Avast has started blocking the MGXFRM30.dll file associated with this program and throwing it in the virus chest. I have tried to restore the file from here but on re-executing/starting the program/Micrografx I get the same problem! Even when initially i get the Avast popup notice that file has been blocked I try and click on “Exclude” or “Report False Positive” but nothing seems to happen and I’m stuck back at square one? I have even tried to restore windows but still the problem persists?
Any help greatly appreciated.

I have just noticed the “infected” file is named Win32:Evo-gen [Susp]
