Microsoft office stopped working

I paid for one year yesterday on 10th june 2020 for Avast Premium and my Microsoft Office useful files either got deleted or currupt and my Microsoft Office Professional 2019 stopped working.

Please help to resume my lost files and refund me my full money asap.
