Microsoft Silverlight suddenly not working in Small Office Admin console

As of today, my Small Office Admin Console is not available due to a Silverlight installation message. However, I have been using the console for almost two years without problems. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Silverlight without success. Any ideas? It almost seems like a phishing scam or infection.

Does this have anything to do with Chrome moving to 64-bit?

The problem is Chrome 42 (32-64 bits) and Silverlight.

Did you ever find a solution to this. I have not been able to get to my admin console. I have enabled the NPAPI in the Chrome Browser which was suggested through the link. Was this a solve for you?
