Minor problem using Windows Explorer via AIS maybe FW issue [SOLVED]

G’day

I’m having a minor problem using Windows Explorer via AIS maybe FW issue and cannot place my finger to find the problem, when I select a file and I right click and I bring up the pull down menu it become very very slow and when I wait maybe at least 3mins the right click pull down show up.

I’ve done a AIS repair how it doesn’t solve the slow down issue am I missing something that might trigger the issue see FW screenshot below, could you please check your AIS FW and see what different and never had any issue with Outpost Pro FW.

Never mind I’ve managed to solve the issue because I had an automatic scan turn on called ‘Explorer Scan’ under the special scan section in the settings should be turn off, silly me which I’ve cause this error by mistake sorry :-[
