Mirror fails

I installed ADNM and it starts creating the mirror. It gets to about 29% and then fails with the following from the log. I have this at 2 different sites.

It repeats this about 10 times and then says18.02.2011 12:48:54.000 1298026134 internet tried 10 servers to get file ‘servers.def’, but failed (0x20000011)
18.02.2011 12:48:54.000 1298026134 general scr: downloading of file ‘servers.def’ failed.
18.02.2011 12:48:54.000 1298026134 general Err:The package is broken.

Continued:
I run the mirror.exe and it does the same.
Seems strange that it is exactly the same at both clients.
The size of the mirror folder is just over 38Mb.

My mirror directory had more than 500 MB. But my ADNM more then 3 years old.
You can send me your mail (as private message) and I can send you my server.def file. I’m not sure, if it should work, because of last row at the end of that file seem to be as sign. But you can try it.
Otherwise, you may try reinstall mirror…

Hi. Thanks for your response. Appreciate it.
I have a servers.def file which is 74392 but it is looking for one of 74200. What size is your file. A copy may work.
I have uninstalled and installed 3 times.
Have just again removed everything but this time I killed the folder in Program Files and also the registry entry. Just busy rebooting to try it the 4th time.

No, that did not work either. Failed on the servers.def again with a size difference as per the log above.

Hi alex,

Uninstall all the ADNM, then clean the registry and the folder related to ADNM installation folder.
Make sure there is no proxy that cache the mirror file, and also no blocking port or blocking the file type.

Restart the computer than do the installation again.

After finished the installation please accept the mirroring wizard or you can start the mirror by manual, if doing by manual do the mirror by type mirror.exe from your command prompt (from command prompt you can know the reason when the mirror fail).
If fail during the mirroring please capture and put the error message in here.
