avast miss-detect conficker virus and some of the excel macro virus ?
do you mean that you have some virus samples that avast does not detect ?
if so send to virus@avast.com
you can aslo test the samples at www.virustotal.com
when you have the result, copy the URL in the address bar and post the result here
I did send to them but no news from them.
Quite likely you won’t get a reply. They probably have thousands of samples submitted daily. Just re-scan periodically after Avast updates, in the chest, (or where ever you have these files stored; the chest is a good place for suspect files) and see if the detections are added.
missed Conficker samples? binaries, autoruns, scheduler jobs? i seriously doubt there would be an undetected Conficker binary sample (it must have been corrupted imho)
