I have 13 samples that Avast is unable to detect
I have tried to submit them to Avast virus lab but nothing. [very bad support >:( ]

they recive tens of thousands of files evry day, so dont expect to see detection 5 min after you sendt the files

And also this, the malware must still be active and not have been closed in the mean time or down, for then there is nothing to detect anymore.
It is rarely seen that malware stays on for longer as an hour to a day, longest are malicious on purpose and stay on for 1000 hrs and longer.
