Missing Context Menu On Recycle Bin

Hello i have avast premier on windows 10 64.

When a file is in my recycle bin, the right click context menu is missing the ‘scan recycle bin’, instead it is just a textless grey bar. When i click it, it opens the avast file scanner which scans windows explorer.

Shed recycle bin shows fine

Any idea how to fix this?

edit, things i have tried so far
avast repair
reset the recycle bin through command prompt

what version of avast do you have please?

version 18.3.2333 (build 18.3.3860.316)

Working properly in the free version.

I have uninstalled avast and reinstalled with no fix to the issue.

Any advice?

The clean install app did not help. Problem still there when reinstalled avast

When avast is not installed, the textless grey context menu is gone but as soon as i install the issue reappears.
