missing critical patches hub mails since last update?

My impression is that since one of the last updates the hub is sending mails regarding missing critical patches although they are configured within global policies to be installed on a weekly bases. We had not such mails before so I assume this is either a bug or something in the behavior has been changed?

AVAST says: “we’re currently investigating the issue and will address it if a bug is confirmed.”

Have you an official ticket open regarding this?
