YESTERDAY I TRIED TO RENEW THE LICENCE FOR 3 PC FOR 2 YEARS…I GUESS SOMETHING WENT WRONG BECAUSE I RECEIVED THE E-MAIL BACK WITH WITHOUT ANY LICENCE ENCLOSED.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO ?
I’VE ALREADY ASKED TO THE SUPPORT YESTERDAY, BUT NO REPLY YET…
I NEED TO SOLVE THIS ASAP, WE ARE WITHOUT PROTECTION NOW

You can try the Resend avast License http://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php, you will need to enter the email that you used when purchasing the license, e.g. the one that the original email with the link was sent.
