May I ask are all our posts ‘moderated’ as I note that , it I do not get the CAPCHA letters correct on the first attempt, my posts do not appear on the board; some of the CAPTCHA’s I find very difficult to read ; does anyone else ahve problems with the CAPTCHA’s ?
These CAPTCHAS are only there in your first posts to avoid spam from bots or something else.
You will not see any more of those Captchas since you’ve reach the three post requirement. 
That is the point of the captcha process (to prevent spam bots), if you fail that check then your post wouldn’t be submitted. Unfortunately for captcha to be effective it has to be hard to read.
As Bob said now you have past the 3 post limit you are no longer interrogated by captcha.
Haven’t noted the missing posts issue, but I have noted CAPTCHA images are becoming more and more surreal as time passes. Some are absolutely, totally illegible.
Now I don’t risk trying to guess, I just keep hitting the Captcha refresh until a clear image is presented.
I suggest you do the same.
I myself don’t like thgis Captcha! But I can’t view other profiles etc.?
You may be restricted in what profiles you can view, in the same way you aren’t allowed to modify some areas of your own profile until you have 20 posts (which in helping you will do pretty quickly). Unfortunately another anti-spam measure that also hits legit users.
For anyone reading this thread , I too have found that the CAPTCHA images do seem to get more difficult as you progress and you may need a magnifying glass to read them ; they are not easy but as those above have said, it is to help prevent spam bots and the like from posting
