Missing recommendations and Internet Security license

I’ve been recommending Avast to my acquaintances for about 10 years now. During that period I stacked up enough points to have Avast Internet Security for a considerable amount of time. If I remember correctly, 7 points gave 1 year free. I had more than 80 points. Now, when I finally login to my account on website, those points have gone missing and the desktop application doesn’t even show me an option to check them.

How to get the points back and activate my >11 years of free Internet Security?

Menu under what? How do you get to that screen?

Still can’t see my >80 points where they used to be.

The old recommendation system would give you a one year license for 7 users, two years for 14 users and three years if you had 21+. It wasn’t possible to get more than three years even if you had 100+ recommendations.

The new recommendation system based in the UI has replaced the old system so those old recommendation licences are no longer available.

Hmm, so I can’t use/access those old licences. It is pointless for me to recommend Avast to anybody anymore. :frowning:

Avast Free is still an excellent product and. it’s still free.
