Avast’s official reporting process is extremely poor; it’s very difficult to successfully upload files larger than 5 MB, and even if the upload is successful, there’s no way to know whether Avast staff are actually following up on the issue. This is in stark contrast to Kaspersky’s email reporting system, which is effective and provides clear, traceable records that can be tracked. Your response is completely unhelpful.
