misunderstand about virus infection

i have problem…
i just got an alert from avast that virus has found in your computer…
so it suggest to move to the chest…

then, i move to the chest, and i look back at avast file chest and i delete the file that been infected…
is it safe to do that or the virus still there…

after that in turn to all chest file and i found the file such as kernel32.dll, winsock.dll and wsock32.dll. is this virus or what? i delete it and restart my computer and the file still in there…

by the way do you have video tutorial how to do if virus has been found?

please help me…

Those 3 files are backup files automatically created by avast!. Just in case if anyone would need them to restore…
