MOBILE Anti-Theft Poco phone

Hi everyone
i have the avast account installed on my pc, laptop, and mobile, all with the same account.
the problem is that i can’t use the Anti-Theft, on my PC and Laptop i can see my mobile in the devices list, but i can’t send the command it say “impossible to connect”
what i have to do? cancel and install again the mobile?? o there is something in the setup that is wrong?
