Mobile cannot access internet even though connected to wireless?

Hi,

I tried to uninstall the antivirus app as it was causing memory issues with my phone and slowing it down. I tried to access googleplay to uninstall the app but it would not connect t it, though normal sites were still accessible. I have now managed to uninstall the app via the settings page thinking this would allow me to connect to the websites again but it hasn’t.

I can’t reinstall the app as I can’t get access to the internet at all now.

This is driving me mad- can anyone please help?

Hi,

did you have Firewall enabled? If not then Mobile Security is not responsible for those issues I’m afraid. Maybe try to clean cache of Google Play, that might help.

Hi Filip,

Thanks for the advice- I just turned my phone off and turned it back on again and it seemed to work- not sure why but it has been ok since.
