Mobile Device Info no longer updating program version

I am no longer seeing the current program version listed under info for my 4 mobile devices.
It last worked correctly with program version 3.0.7864.
Last Communication is recent but last update has not changed since the first update after 3.0.7864.
Any ideas on how to resolve?

Could you please be more specific and tell us, what exactly is the problem? You have another version installed and the version is not updated on my avast account?

That is correct all 4 phones are running newer versions such as 4.0.7871 but it is still showing in info as 3.0.7864. Under device communication it says last communication 11 hours ago but under last update it has not changed since 10/20/2014. This was before the first update to version 4.0.xxxx and it has not updated since then.
