Bonjour, je souhaite modifier mon abonnement. J’ai un abonnement pour 10 appareils avec Avast Premium Security et je veux maintenant m’abonner pour un seul appareil. Quelle est la marche à suivre svp ? (je précise que je n’ai pas trouvé en allant sur “mon compte”) .

I don’t believe there is an easy method to do this, like downgrading to a single license for one installation. You don’t say how long you have left on the current 10 devices license ?
If a long time, you could try requesting a refund (depending on how long you have left it may be on a pro-rata basis.
You may have to cancel your auto payment mandate for your Avast Premium Security (10 devices), so it doesn’t renew the 10 devices license and purchase the license for a single PC.

NOTE you should first cancel any payment mandate (see below) that you may have set up, or this could be actioned, requiring another refund request.

La licence actuelle pour 10 appareils va jusqu’au 21 août 2026. Je voulais donc modifier l’abonnement avant cette date.
Je pense qu’en effet le plus simple sera d’annuler ce mandat et d’en créer un nouveau pour un seul appareil. Mais je vais quand même regarder les liens que vous m’avez indiqués.

Are you referring to the Translation Icon or just after posting. I’m not aware of any restriction outside of possible swear words, etc. (I’m not entirely sure of that)
An example might help. “word-you-are-having” a problem with the example of putting in a - to break the word.
Though that may have a translation issue with the forum translation Icon, but may be shown untranslated.

Unfortunately I don’t see that as I use the Translation Icon and that appears to match what you are asking.
