Não sei o que aconteceu mais depois do dia 29/09 o anti vírus começou a bloquear o acesso a internet. Sendo que minha home page é Google. Quando desativo o serviço imediatamente o navegador funciona na internet. (Sendo que pela calculadora eu consigo abrir normalmente com o modulo ativado) mais com o modulo da internet “TODOS” os navegadores foram bloqueados. Preciso uma resposta.

Que versão utiliza, e em que sistema operativo?
Tente desactivar o web shield e verifique se consegue aceder a internet apenas com esse modulo desactivado.

Ola pessoal resolvi o problema tem q fazer o seguinte

No windows xp tem q ir em painel de controle /adicionar e renover aquivos/avast free ativirus clica em alterar/renover arquivo,
ai vai em conficuraçao de proxy q fica na parte mais embaixo clica em conficuraçao de proxy

e seleciona a opçao Conexão direta [sem proy]

ai vai em continuar pronto reinicie e seja feliz kkk
