Money back guarantee - how should I process?

Hi all, I’m disappointed with the latest version of Avast! software. I’d like to get my money back (60 days money back guarantee is advertised at avast site). The only issue I have is I have no idea how to process that.
Could you advise, please?

It’s easy to find, but hard to reach…

I’am still recieving DNS error.
Can any1 submit is it only my problem or it’s something wrong with Avast!'s e-mail?

I’m asking for my money back too!! >:( I’m hoping the email I sent is not returned & that they get me my money back very soon as I need to buy a program that works!
