I have been reading the forum for anything which might solve my problem, but I don’t think I have found anything which matches and the fixes for similar problems haven’t worked for me.
Like others, I cannot log into the ADNM Console, I get an error mesage on the username and password screen ‘Unable to login as sa or connection error’. Avast Management Server is running. I have tried uninstalling both the console and MSDE and have even manually deleted the MSDE server files to ensure a completely clean reinstall, but still no luck.
I am installing on SBS2003 R2, using a brand new download of ADNM (yesterday). I would appreciate any help as this is now driving me mad!
