More detailed log somewhere?

I have a scheduled scan set every night
Automatically Apply Actions is NOT on

Looking at the scan log, I see 24 items detected in my winsxs folder. (When I “view results”, I get Options to delete, move to chest, etc. for those 24 files).
I have not chosen to do any of those.

In the Windows file system, manually checking those flagged files, or indeed my entire winsxs folder this morning, by right clicking and choosing SCAN with AVAST, no viruses are found(!)

So…if I’ve specified no action be taken, and I haven’t manually taken any action…why are the files showing clean this morning? I have NO other anti-virus btw.
The sub-folders the files are in show a creation date of last night 3:00AM (DURING the scan). The individual files (which, I understand in the winsxs folder are mostly symbolic links) do not show new creation dates.

Is there a log somewhere beside the one in the Scan Computer that shows in detail the ACTIONS taken by Avast? It’s bizarre that it would have done something and not listed it in a log–what am I missing?

Look in program files/awil software/avast/setup - look for a text document called setup & open it in notepad and you will see every update avast has done, both prog update and definition updates, time it did it is on the left, dates are at beginning & end of operation
