More than two weeks waiting ticket respond.

I open for a refund more than two weeks ago and no answer yet! I have had issues with my laptop because this antivirus. I don’t want o use your product anymore. My Ticket# 810690

I want my refund!!! I will never recommend avast again!!!

I have also reported this issue - please stick to this topic - creating multiple topics doesn’t help.

A point to note, tickets are handled on a first in first out order. If you try to bump it like in this thread, it can have the reverse effect, slowing response.

This exactly my point! I have to wait for 3 weeks just for a refund? and you are telling me that say something it will slow the respond? come on. Now I see clearly how Avast company works. Thanks for the advise mate…

I told you how the support ticket works FIFO, so they are handled in that order and ‘if’ you keep modifying/adding to your support ticket it is ordered according to your latest addition/modification.

I don’t work for avast, I’m an avast user just like yourself, trying to help avoid further delays.
