Most Java based programs unable to start

Hello,

So I went to go on 1 of my games (FTB Launcher) and it won’t load along with most of my other Java games (It’s just a white screen). The system has also been a little slower lately, wondering if the files I’ve found on my computer is finally starting to take affect to the computer. I’ll attach MBAM and OTL when they finish.
