Mothers computer in fected with win32:MBRroot

Good morning,

I am trying to clean my mothers computer and I did a boot scan using avast and it says the MBR is infected with Win32:MBRoot-J.

How can I clean this?Scanning with AVAST, Malwarebytes and Spybot has not removed it.
