mouse and keyboard problem when install avast

Hi…

i have install avast but when the PC restart the keyboard and mouse not working, when i uninstall avast every thing be OK…

please help me…

i trust avast … and i like this antivirus

Some system information and version of avast your installing would be useful, also what AV was used before avast and how did you remove it ( did you use the vendors removal tool to eliminate remnants before installing avast ? )

How did you uninstall avast without a keyboard or mouse?

… my Pc is laptop …

I was use norton AV.

i used USB mouse to unstall the Avast… the problem was in touchpad and keyboard

So your problem is solved ??? see here http://singularlabs.com/uninstallers/security-software/ to remove remnants of other AV’s prior to installing avast.
