Hi,

At my job the mouse suddenly stopped working. So I plugged my wireless mouse at the ubs port of that pc. It has just work for a moment and then it stopped working too!
So I plugged my mouse in my pc and it didn’t work anymore!!!

I search at Google.com for what could be happening and I’m afraid introduced a virus at my pc.

Anybody could help me?

Thanks!

This doesn’t sound like a infection to me but rather a hardware/driver problem.
But if you want a check for malware…

checked battery? ... or was that a different mouse?

the same problem happened to two different mouses

at home, I switched my battery to a new one and the mouse continues off :frowning:

Without knowing (a lot) more details there is nothing we can’t (try to) help you.

And... What type of mouse ? What type of connection ? Any error on the screen ? Any error in device manager ? What happens at a (re-)boot ? etc.

What OS/SP ?
Any other problems ?

The search results also will show.. - User error - Bad batteries - Broken hardware - Dying hardware - Gremlins - Extraterrestrial life forms - Bad connection(s) - Practical joke(s) etc.

If you don’t want to help just don’t answer me and be quiet ok. I thought this forum was serious.

Malware does not attack your mouse, they have better things to do

This webboard is serious, but we can’t help you if you don’t provide information.
Keep in mind that we don’t have (access to) your system(s) and can’t see what is happening.
