MoveMediaPlayerWin_071505000011_can I remove the exe. file?

the uninstall.exe has been quarantined as an infected file, so it does not work; I tried to remove it forcibly using another software, but the pop-up message says:
the software is associated with the system, recommended not to delete the file.

What exactly is “MoveMediaPlayerWin”? Only 1 helpful searching result comes out: http://www.sophos.com/security/analyses/controlled-applications/movemediaplayer.html

Is it safe to delete or not?

Ok, the problem is the QMCache00 folder comes with it, which contains 150MB temporary files.

According to this post: http://forums.macosxhints.com/showthread.php?p=546914 , it is safe to empty this folder.

can you give us logs by HJT,eset sysinspector,FreeFixer,or any thing like them?
