Moving Internet Security License to a new email

Hi guys! So I submitted a ticket to Avast about this but… it’s been about a week, and I haven’t gotten an answer from them. So wondering if someone in the forums could help me out.

So my license is registered with an old email I had. I had to delete that email, because it got compromised. I’m wondering if I can move that license to my new email, so that I can get a copy of the license when I need to, get an email when the billing cycle hits, etc.

Anyone can help me out on that? Thanks!

Handling of tickets currently takes 10-15 business days.

Add the new email to you account and set it as primary.

I think I gotta let Avast handle it, since… I don’t think I have access to my old email’s Avast account…
