Just looked in my downloads folder and noticed this file MP10_EnergyBlissViz.exe
I do not have a clue what this is and how it got there ??? When i right click > properties it states that the file came from another computer and may be blocked to protect my machine. Also, under description it says its a Win32 Cabinet Self-Extractor
Anyone know how this may have ended up in my downloads folder???
*Neither Avast nor MBAM flag it as virus/malware after scanning the file
Just to be sure i have just added MP10_EnergyBlissViz.exe to Avast virus chest yet it is still appearing in my downloads folder. Why is this? I would have thought that once you add something to the virus chest it is moved there from it’s original location.
Uploaded it to VirusTotal and it is reported as Goodware
I am still left confused as to why it is in my downloads folder ???
Panic over i have just found out that this is actually a Windows Media Player Skin that i downloaded from Microsoft. But one think i need explaining is why is it still showing in my downloads folder when i moved it to the virus chest?
