My daughter tried to open a picture from the Jonas Bros website and my computer is trashed with maleware etc. windows keep popping up saying I need AV software from Antivirus Live. If I open IE it goes to a IE warning page directing to buy same software (I cannot go to any web pages). I cannot get to system restore. Avast will not update, it it says package broken. Any help?
