MS SQL Database Mail: Exception Message: Cannot send mails to mail server

Hi,

Since I’m using Avast my MS SQL 2019 database mail isn’t working anymore. When I check the error log, I get this error:
The mail could not be sent to the recipients because of the mail server failure. (Sending Mail using Account 1 (2020-12-01T09:45:50). Exception Message: Cannot send mails to mail server.

I’m using Gmail as SMTP.

When I disable Avast, it works. How can I fix this?

Any idea how I can allow database mail in sql server using AVAST?
