mscorlib.ni.dll

thanks yet again Avast as screwed up my computer
you guys should change the updated voice

“Avast has updated is destruction database your computer would have been safer with a virus”

media centre not working at all… nothing in the vault Avast deleted the file without asking
just informed me after the fact

Please use this thread instead of starting yet another one: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=72687.0

Thanks.

BTW, the file will get recompiled soon by the running .NET service, so nothing’s really screwed.

posting in that thread isnt going to help me restore/repair the damage that is specific to my computer
if avast staff find it inconvenience me making another thread Tuff i find it inconvenient there program
that is meant to protect my computer has Yet again damaged it

Creating a zillion of threads about identical issue will not fix your computer any sooner. As said above, the file will get recompiled.

you edited you post while I was writing mine

good to know that the file will be replaced on its own
but 2 events like this in a few months is worrying

Check fron member of the virus labs team:

Thanks for the reply David ;D

or you can mute the annoying voice as i do.

Good to know.

Restore from backup maybe!?!

Nothing is needed to be restored from a back-up as the file is one that is created on the fly. So it will get recreated as and when necessary, which has been stated in this and many of the other topics relating to this file.

I have this too on Vista. Does anyone know what it is yet?

This is nearly a two year old topic but to answer your question it is related to Microsoft Net Framework
