MSGINA.dll possibly infected?

When browsing in firefox avast keeps popping up telling me a malicious url has been blocked. The infection type is URL:Mal and the URL seems to be at least two different ones that come up. The process is always C:\WINDOWS.0\system32\MSGINA.dll so I’m thinking it could possibly be infected. I use adblock plus and avast only pops up warning me about it when visiting certain sites that should be safe. Does anyone know if the file is actually infected or if its just an ad causing it to pop up.

Edit: Avast and malwarebytes have found no problem with the file so should I try another program or assume that my pc is safe?
