On my Son’s computer we have some strange activity going on. When trying to run MS Office 2010 Word or Power Point won’t start but would restart the computer. After that computer would constantly start up and as soon as everything is set up word error occurs and computer restarts in a loop.
I went into safe mode and restart loop stops but we can’t start any of ms office programs. We keep getting message to reinstall ms office but that is impossible to do. Install or uninstall don’t work.
HELP
