Msse uninstalled but still in security center notifiers

I have uninstalled Msse n installed avast 5.
But during installation it showed another av is in ur system (Msse) and to uninstall that n install avast.
This is the same with windows security center showin more than one av protecting my com(?).
Is it any malware or any reg entry left over,? I cant even install msse new file.It shows a “select resource dialog” with all my folders… asking some “.msi” file…
I tried c cleaner n free windows reg repair.but no use…
Help me out… :frowning:

I guess by Msse you mean Microsoft Security Essentials ?

Try a removal tool, should be #21b here and reboot http://uninstallers.blogspot.com/
