Please help, I see in my Premium account 3 devices using the software and i want to know which or what are those… and to exclude one of those.

Unfortunately I don’t think there is any way to check which device is using what licenses, unless you see your each device yourself.

If you’re really sure you aren’t using licenses more than you have (say like you already dumped old machine before uninstallation), you can use that license again. Temporarily you may see more active license count than you have, but license which is not used anymore will be freed later.
Thank you for your reply yet i think i must add more info about the issue. Lets say i have in recent past i have shared the Premium software(with activation code) with someone that i do not longer wish to be used anymore by her…and i certainly do not any contact what so ever regarding with anything.
In that case I’d suggest to contact Official Avast Support for assistance, they may have the way to achieve that.
You have paid license so you can ask them for complicated issues.
Thats also an issue by itself since i have not been able to contact directly with someone in “support”… otherwise i wouldnt look for an answer in this forum. Support page is made of a loop which ends up to nowhere.
In support there should be an option to click live chat.
thank you, I thought so too BUT NON, or extremely wel hidden and i can not find it. I must say few years back i had conversation with someone on support but not anymore apparently.

dropdown box i did not want to renew automatically (i know its not the reason but it gits you to the chat or phone) > then last time it showed chat to us live chat but this time it showed a link to a phone number but its not its a form to fill out.
