Multiple threats detected cant be removed. Windows comman processor pop-up

Hello,

I have a problem basically identical to this one: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=82254.0

And I’m not really sure what to do. I’m a bit of a newbie when it comes to computer viruses. I ran AVG in safe mode, which apparently removed the infections, but didn’t. Then I ran malwarebytes in safe mode and that didn’t seem to do anything either.

I’m at a bit of a loss! Help would be really appreciated! I really am not very good at this stuff, so you may need to be very clear which each step.

Thank you!!!
Izobel

Did you not run it in Normal mode? Malwarebytes is designed to work best in normal mode...and remember to update malwarebytes before you start scanning

If still no success, follow this guide from our expert malware remover Essexboy

( post the logs HERE and not in the guide )

To avoid using multiple post with copy and paste you have to attach the log`s
Lower left corner: Additional Options > Attach ( Malwarebytes log / OTS log ) save OTS log as ANSI

Essexboy will look at the logs when posted…

Ok, I’ve attached the log from the malwarebytes scan.

Says there are lots of infections, and removed them but everytime I run another scan, they’re still there. Not completely sure what to do, I’m just following the guide! Sorry in advance if I’m making this more confusing than it needs to be!!

Thanks,
Izobel

can you run OTS and attach the log
